Summer Brew 16 June 2002 05 July 2002 Mix of "Private Stock" and leftover caps (black & red) Double Batch brewed at the office. This was supposed to be a raspberry ale, but Chris forgot to add the flavouring at the crucial moment. Dumas. So now it's just a summer brew. Poor us.
Summer Brew 16 March 2002 02 April 2002 says "Private Stock" on cap Double Batch brewed at the office. Secondary ferment on 20 March 2002. When we bottled on April 2, unbelievable clarity in the carboy - it looked like a amber lake with a layer of silt on the bottom.
Fat Tire Clone 3 March 2002 16 March 2002 Blue-O2 - "F" written on caps Double Batch brewed at the office. Secondary ferment on 6 March 2002. 102 bottles out of the 2 carboys. Looks lovely mate!
Toad Spit Stout 16 February 2002 27 February 2002 Blue-O2 obsorbing Quadruple Batch with Andy in 25 gallon drum - This stuff was like molasses when the wort was done. The fermentation finished quickly (less than 11 days) - some yeast Fungus was growing on the top of 2 of the Carboys (both were Andy's carboys) - Why did the 2 Boot Carboy not have the yeast fungus - That yeast means we should have bootled eveb earlier. But, the beer store guys says it is fine and the beer should be fine as well.

Windmare Heifeweizen 03 June 2001 16 June 2001 Blue Waves Quadruple Batch with Andy in 25 gallon drum - secondary ferment on June 12th - This stuff tasted "OK" at best - and it definately was not a Heifeweizen - tasted like an ale...oh well
