Mix of "Private Stock" and leftover caps (black & red) |
Double Batch brewed at the office. This was supposed to be a raspberry ale, but Chris forgot to add the flavouring at the crucial moment. Dumas. So now it's just a summer brew. Poor us. |

Double Batch brewed at the office. Secondary ferment on 20 March 2002. When we bottled on April 2, unbelievable clarity in the carboy - it looked like a amber lake with a layer of silt on the bottom. |

Blue-O2 obsorbing |
Quadruple Batch with Andy in 25 gallon drum - This stuff was like molasses when the wort was done. The fermentation finished quickly (less than 11 days) - some yeast Fungus was growing on the top of 2 of the Carboys (both were Andy's carboys) - Why did the 2 Boot Carboy not have the yeast fungus - That yeast means we should have bootled eveb earlier. But, the beer store guys says it is fine and the beer should be fine as well. |
